VINYASA YOGA

A well balanced and challenging vinyasa flow.  Use this time to draw inwards and focus on movement and breath to feed your soul

ASHTANGA YOGA

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronises breath and movement to produce and internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many Vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.

HATHA

A classical Hatha yoga class where you are guided into postures with deep awareness of mind body and breath.  This class is suitable for all levels whether you are an advanced yogi or if you are just starting out.

KUNDALINI YOGA

An uplifiting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movements, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting of mantras.  The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

YIN YOGA

A slow, floor based, restorative practice where poses are held for a few minutes to allow the body and mind to settle.  It is a beautiful complimentary practice to the more active yoga classes offered.

A slower and gentle Hatha practice focused on breath work and finding space to hold postures a little longer.
