We will open up with a powerful Cacao ceremony, setting our intentions and prayers and allowing the spirit of Cacao to open our hearts in preparation for a journey with our sacred breath.

Breathwork has the power to strengthen the link between body and mind, between spirit and matter. The breath itself is a force that connects us to each other, to our own true nature, and to the Source.
