This silent yet soulful event was held in the early winter sunshine at the beautiful Modderfontein Nature Reserve. 2 instructors, 1 DJ and a tribe of beautiful yogis as our guests. 108 guided sun salutations with our DJ supporting you with some amazing tunes through your own personal headphones. This was followed by a delicious breakfast at Val Bonne.
