This course is a great introduction to anyone who is curious about the practice and benefits of yoga. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some yoga experience, this journey is for you. At its most practical level, yoga is a process of becoming more aware of who we are. We learn to understand the relationship that we have with our body and how our thoughts impact our health and wellness. Join me on this journey of mind and body connection as we learn to use these tools to control our mood, relieve anxiety, build strength and flexibility and ultimately to be in tune with what we need, to be of the highest service to our community, our families and to ourselves.

If you complete fifty, wonderful. If you complete twenty, also wonderful. If you spend most of the practice lying on your mat, breathing, absorbing the sunrise and the music, you are still part of the experience. Your journey is your own. Your pace is welcome. Your body leads the way. All ages and all levels are invited.
