108 Sun Salutations
A one-of-a-kind experience featuring live DJ music, headsets, and an outdoor setting designed to help you feel supported and immersed in the flow of the practice.
What to expect:
We move together through 108 Sun Salutations as the sun rises, guided by breath, music, and supportive instruction through wireless headsets. You are invited to move at your own pace, rest when needed, or simply lie on your mat and take in the energy of the morning. This is a steady, grounding practice that becomes rhythmic and meditative over time, designed to help you arrive fully in your body and begin the day feeling clear and connected.
Cacao Ceremonies
A deeply nourishing experience led by facilitators who embody love and create a safe space for participants to explore their inner landscapes.
What to expect:
Sacred Chocolate Circles are a seasonal winter offering for women seeking depth, connection, and meaningful pause.
These intimate gatherings weave cacao, ritual, and embodied practices into a warm, beautifully held space designed to calm the nervous system and invite reflection. Each season may include carefully chosen guest facilitators who bring unique, complementary modalities, adding richness and variety to the experience.
Expect soulful ritual, honest conversation, and moments of stillness that stay with you long after the circle ends.

Sound Journeys & Breathwork
