What should I expect during a retreat?

Each retreat follows my Becoming Her™ method, a thoughtfully designed framework that supports reconnection, clarity, and integration through movement, reflection, and time in nature. While the rhythm of each retreat is spacious and nourishing, the depth of the work varies by tier. Local retreats offer a gentle introduction to the method, domestic retreats allow for deeper exploration, and international retreats provide a more immersive and transformational experience. Every retreat is intentionally curated, never rushed, and held with care.

No prior yoga or retreat experience is required. Movement is an integral part of my retreats and sessions are guided with clarity, choice, and progression. A basic level of physical fitness is recommended so that you can participate comfortably in practices such as yoga, walking, or light hiking. The focus is on presence and embodiment, not performance or perfection.

Accommodation is carefully selected to match the intention and tier of each retreat. Local and domestic retreats may be set in nature based locations or offer a more refined, luxury feel, while international retreats include thoughtfully chosen boutique or high end venues. All spaces are chosen for comfort, beauty, and their ability to support rest and reflection.
Yes. All retreats include nourishing meals prepared with care. Menus are designed to support energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing. Dietary requirements are catered for when shared in advance.
Each retreat includes intentional free time. This allows space to rest, journal, connect with others, explore the surroundings, or simply be. You are always encouraged to listen to your needs and participate in a way that feels right for you.
