Sacred Chocolate Circles

Women’s Day Self Care Circle

9 August 2026

You’ve been holding a lot lately.

Life moves quickly. The lists keep growing, there’s always someone or something needing your attention, and somewhere in the middle of keeping everything going, time for yourself quietly slips further down the list.

Not intentionally. There’s just always something more urgent.

But sometimes you need more than a massage, a night on the couch or promising yourself you’ll slow down next week. Sometimes you need space to tend to what’s happening on the inside too.

That’s what Sacred Chocolate Circles are about.

Each month, we gather around a different theme and create space to slow down, connect and have the conversations we don’t always make time for in everyday life.

We drink ceremonial cacao, we share, we reflect, sometimes we laugh until our stomachs hurt, sometimes something deeper moves through the room. Every circle is different because every group of women is different.

You don’t need to know anything about cacao. You don’t need to have sat in circle before. And you definitely don’t need to arrive with your life figured out.

Just come as you are.

A few hours where nobody needs anything from you, there’s nowhere else you need to be, and you get to put yourself back on your own list for a change.

Your Evening at a Glance

A small circle of women, a few hours set aside for you, and permission to leave the rest of the world outside for a while.

What you’ll experience:

  • Ceremonial Cacao – A beautiful heart-opening ritual to help you slow down, arrive fully and deepen your connection with yourself and the women around you.
  • Heartfelt Sharing – A safe and supportive space to share what’s present for you, to be truly heard and to listen to the stories and experiences of other women.
  • Guided Reflection and Ritual – Thoughtful prompts, journaling and simple rituals inspired by each circle’s theme, inviting you to explore what’s unfolding in your own life.
  • Collective Wisdom – There is something powerful that happens when women sit together and share honestly. We learn from one another’s stories, recognise ourselves in each other and remember that we don’t have to navigate everything alone.
  • Connection and Community – Time to simply be with other women, without rushing, performing or needing to have it all together. Come as you are, connect, laugh, share and leave feeling a little fuller than when you arrived.

What to bring: A journal, a pen, warm comfortable clothing, and an open heart.

A Different Kind of Conversation

So much of our everyday conversation lives on the surface.

What are we making for dinner? Who needs to be where? Did you book the dentist? What time is gym? What still needs to be done before tomorrow?Important things. Real life things. But they can take up so much space that we rarely get to the conversations underneath them.

Circle gives us a different kind of time. The ancient Greeks had a word for it: Kairos.

Unlike Chronos, the time measured by clocks, calendars and everything we need to get done, Kairos is the time we experience when we step out of the rush and become fully present. It’s that beautiful in-between space where, for a little while, you’re not rushing onto the next thing. You can sit with yourself. Get curious. Have conversations that go a little deeper. Hear something in another woman’s story that makes you see your own differently.

This is the kind of space we create in circle.

We’ll still laugh. We’ll probably wander off topic. We’re human. 😂 But for a few hours, we get to put down the doing and spend some time simply being.

Sometimes, that’s where the most interesting things begin to surface.

How You Leave

You may leave with a new perspective, a question you want to sit with, something another woman said that stays with you, or simply the feeling that comes from having spent a few hours with nowhere else to be and nothing you needed to do.

Every woman will take something different from circle.

Hopefully, you’ll walk back into your life with a little more of yourself than you arrived with.

Women have been gathering in circle for generations. Long before self-care became something we scheduled into our calendars, women knew the value of sitting together—to share, to listen, to be witnessed and to remember themselves.

We’re often quite good at looking after the outside of ourselves. We book the massage, get our hair done, take the holiday… but our inner world needs tending too.

That’s what circle offers.

A few hours where you don’t have to be anything for anyone. Where you can put down the roles, the responsibilities and the endless mental list, and simply arrive as yourself.

Think of it as self-care for your inner world, a chance to fill your own cup, feel seen and supported, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling a little more grounded, a little clearer and a lot more like you again.

Women’s Sacred Circles

For the woman who gives so much of herself to everyone and everything else, this circle is an invitation to come back to yourself. To refill your cup, reconnect with the woman you are beneath all the doing, and awaken the wisdom, clarity and connection already within you.

Overview

A Feminine Awakening Journey

Over four months, we gather in sisterhood to sip sacred cacao, sit in ceremony, and awaken the feminine fire within. Each circle is an initiation—anchored in the moon’s rhythm and the archetypal power of goddess energy. From grounding and release to celebration and embodiment, this is not just a journey… It’s a homecoming.

Circle 1: Rooted in Her
9 May 2025 · Gaia · Full Moon in Scorpio
We begin by grounding deeply into the Earth, setting intentions, and creating sacred space for our unfolding.
A powerful opening under the full moon to plant the seeds of your awakening.

Circle 2: Awaken Her Fire
6 June 2025 · Sekhmet · Waxing Moon
This is where you remember your power. Through movement, voice, and sacred release, we ignite the fire within and honor the woman who dares to be fully expressed.

Circle 3: Whispers from the Waters
4 July 2025 · Isis · First Quarter Moon
A night of softness, reflection, and deep emotional healing. We meet ourselves in the mirror and learn to love the woman we see with gentleness and truth.

Circle 4: Crowned in Her Light
1 August 2025 · Hathor · First Quarter Moon
A sacred celebration. You are crowned in your fullness, honored in your radiance, and witnessed as the woman you’ve become. This is your embodiment, your emergence, your remembering.
